NEWS: WV GOP Assistant Majority Leader Elliott Pritt has been arrested and charged with enticing a minor after allegedly grooming a 15-year-old through Roblox and Snapchat, then having her meet him in his classroom. GOP leadership won't call for his resignation.

I love how the comment section is shared stories of also finding themselves in the middle of crime scenes. What a wonderful world.

This discourse is so gross and disheartening. People wanted to believe in redemption were right to want that. It failed because they were lied to and betrayed. Demonizing them for that is unhelpful, and it's weird to me to see how people (and who) seem so eager demonize, even if it's dishonestly.

This reporter has been reporting on McConnell every day almost since the 911 call and there is some such wierd stuff happening —it’s so funny they accused dead people of voting when they are the dead ones

As a bright blue dot in a crimson red state, I certainly identify with your response...it can be very discouraging when our "allies" dismiss us wholesale with no inkling of the work we've put in to make changes in a system stacked against us.

Texas has a higher percentage of registered dems than california. We are voter suppressed to hell and back. We vote, we file lawsuits. We ask the feds for investigations. What do we get for it? Shit on and told we deserve it by ignorant pricks who prefer a gacha over progress.
