After I finish the week I’m going to post some of the biggest improvements
This is testing week for my athletes. Tested 30 people so far. Verticals have all increased by at least 1.5 inches. 10 yard sprint, 5-10-5 times have gotten faster, broad jumps have gotten longer! I really do this shit and I couldn’t be more proud of my athletes!!
I’m truly thankful for the people in my life and the ones that checked on me!
