Starting this process a month before the midterms is intentional: the inevitable effect will be most or all insurers leaving the ACA marketplaces. So when the ACA collapses, it will be under a Democratic congress, and these ghouls will claim that it was because of "fraud".

A lot of Dems could take a lesson from this and openly acknowledge that their opponents are bigots. The resistance (mostly from establishment centrists) to stating plainly what's happening instead of using weasel words for the sake of civility is what makes voters think we're spineless.
