Please don't overreact to Roberts Court decision on the contemplated USPS ballot moves They simply held that the injunction came too early in the process, before there was a final rule👇 Now we HAVE a final rule & we will litigate it. I'm as confident in our arguments here as in any of our cases!

First (but *not* last) ruling from #SCOTUS today is in Watson v. RNC. For a 5-4 majority (with Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch, Kavanaugh dissenting), Justice Barrett holds that federal law does *not* bar states from counting late-arriving mail-in ballots that are postmarked on or before Election Day.

Don't be fooled by the fact that none of today's 5 #SCOTUS rulings were "big" ones. Four of them split the Court along its usual 6-3 ideological lines—one of which guts accountability for human rights abuses; one that makes it harder to enforce Spending Clause statutes; and one that's bad for LPRs.

Trump has forced American consumers to shoulder the burden of billions in illegal tariffs over the last year. Americans will not be paid back. But instead of apologizing, Trump is imposing new tariffs worldwide for no discernible reason.

I can't even keep up with the lies in Jim Jordan's opening statement, but I find it interesting that he's complaining about toll record warrants obtained by a judge, while this administration has determined judicial warrants aren't needed to enter our homes.

Pew Research Institute (2023): • Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants • Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants • Blue State Minnesota has 130,000. And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration." It's *not* about immigration.
