I went to get a pedicure on my way home from work, and, at the nail salon, an intoxicated/gregarious middle-aged man offered me a High Noon and then ended up paying for my pedicure. People are so weird and also good?

My toxic trait is that I really like a hospital. I like that it’s like a little city, and everyone has their jobs. I like when I’m there as a priest or chaplain, there’s an automatic understanding of my role.

We're going up to our Nevada house next week, and one great thing we instituted is a "Do Not Buy" list because inevitably, we hit the store on the way there and think, "Of course we need pasta/rice/peanut butter." Oddly, on the list is also antifreeze. 🤣
