While we're talking menopause and HRT, this is very important info that I didn't get until I was 63. Even if you can't take HRT, vaginal estrogen (like Vagifem) is for more than sexual function. It helps keep your urinary tract functioning properly. The importance of this cannot be overstated.
While we're talking, if you're in peri-menopause and haven't talked to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy, PLEASE DO ASAP. Learn your options. New science in the last year shows the risk is much less than previously believed, and you have a short window to start before it's unsafe.

Where my late-diagnosed neurodivergent peeps at? AuDHD, diagnosed last year. I'm 64. How's that for late? The ADHD diagnosis happened in the early stages of the pandemic. That meant titrating meds when my anxiety level was already off the charts.
