The government may never lawfully delete your photos or videos. While the Constitution protects your right to record and helps you defend against unjustified retaliation or arrest, the exercise of this right can still carry risks. NEWS: Judge rules Russ Vought's plan to defund and shut down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is arbitrary, capricious, and contrary to law. We're honored to represent former Federal Reserve officials in support of this case.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure the CFPB operates as Congress intended— fully funded and able to ensure that consumers have access to “fair, transparent, and competitive” markets for consumer financial products; not subject to ever-changing Director fiat.
