when i think of Dolly Parton, i think of her character and generosity before her incredible career. she’s proof that being kind is its own reward, one of the best things we can do in our brief existence. my favorite quote of hers: “don’t get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.”

The reason Harry Potter Adults are so bad is because for a long time there were totally normal Harry Potter Adults who did things like use their fandom to raise money for charity but then Joanne went absolute horses and all the normal adults ditched the fandom so the only ones left are total ghouls.
Surgery is scheduled for Sept 2nd. The wait sucks, i just wanna be better already....
kodou@kodou.bsky.social · 2mo agoI have a referral for uconn for the surgery and im waiting on their phone call to schedule. If by some miracle the physical therapy works I can cxl but I feel like im getting worse, not better. Who knows tho, I'm not a dr. Mine was concerned it was still swollen tho
