I hate to be THAT girl but before you quit streaming here just remember that YouTube has already integrated AI features outside of your control. You would have to literally quit streaming and scorch earth everything. For now, just turn off what you can, when it happens. And be in LOUD opposition.

Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

Please consider voting and/or commenting on this petition to stop Twitch from implementing AI features and training. twitch.uservoice.com/forums/92338... I have no idea if this will have any affect on their decision, but I am not going quietly.

two of my immutable rules about watching for scams when they come thru-- one, go straight to the website manually and log in yourself, if there's an issue it'll be the first thing you'll see. two, ain't no way amazon's giving you back "extra" money if it isn't court ordered, lol
