Centre left anti Tory pro EU, bit of politics, plenty sweary, some film, some photography, oh and a free independent Cymru

A few facts about Water Nationalisation. 1. We don't need to pay for it. 2. We don't need to pay THEIR debts. 3. They don't invest anything, that is YOUR money that they steal almost all of, then the tiny bit they don't is 'investment'. Freeze bills, fine them. Nationalise for free.

£1.5tn That is the amount that the largest 200 companies have not paid in tax in the last 20 years. They are almost all based in the USA and almost none of the money goes to UK citizens meaning no other taxes are paid either. TAX THEM, the US billionaire tax dodgers.

We all pay into this modern civilised society, are forced to work all our adult life in the chance that we'll get a few years in old age to enjoy what's left. Its not right. Pension age should be coming down, instead we just feed the machine so the rich get richer.

The UK is increasing the Pension age to 68. Poland has lowered theirs to 60 for women and 65 for men. Their pension provides a better standard of living too. (Oh and in case you are wondering how it can be afforded the Polish Government privatised very little.)

The Covid Inquiry concludes the Tories were a bit careless and lost £10bn down the back of the sofa No it was blatant corruption, money given in dodgy contracts to Tory Donors The money isn't wasted, it wasn't lost. It was stolen.

Denmark has a new king, the King and Queen get approximately $500,000 from the Danish Government a year, and the whole family is worth $40m. In the UK King Charles gets $180,000,000 a year and his family is worth $25bn. We need to be more like Denmark.

"So that's Theft, Fraud, Financial Misconduct, Political Misconduct and Misconduct in a public office. That's just the EU. In the UK, all of the above plus Treason, Money Laundering and Tax Evasion. The list probably goes on but that's enough of a start. Criminal Filth." via Timothy O'sullivan

Following in the footsteps of France and Switzerland's Government who banned Palantir from Government contracts, Spain has now banned Palantir from signing ANY contracts in Spain. Lets get Palantir OUT.

When you make 1 trillion dollars, you have won the game. They should give you a parade and a gold statue. And then take away all your money and you start New Game+ with tougher enemies.

Leaving the ECHR, will weaken protections for all in society. That’s the end goal. Then they will usher in freeports, SEZ’s, data centres, zero hours contracts, no employment protections, state surveillance. All in the name of protecting us. When we already have protections…

Politicians endlessly blame immigration for their own failures. So, when immigration is reduced, their ‘success’ isn’t recognised. No one’s life has particularly improved. Because no one’s life was ever going to improve by reducing immigration. Because our problems were never caused by immigration.

So we have full 2025 immigration stats - Total net down by 2/3rds in 2025 (3/4 from peak) - Small boat arrivals in 2026 down 40%. Asylum backlog down 48%; returns up 9% - Asylum seekers in hotels down 35% (down 48% from peak) YET PUBLIC PERCEPTION 49% think 2025 saw increase; only 16% know it fell

Graph showing total net migration fell by two thirds in 2025.

HS2 is expected to cost over a £100bn - meaning Wales is now losing out on £5.8 BILLION. 🤯 The people of Wales refuse to be treated as second-class passengers any longer. The UK Government must devolve rail to Wales and ensure fair funding for our communities. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
