I ran out of insulin. My insurance co- Aetna changed my insulin to a cheaper one. First box one was broken and the co said they would send me a coupon. At the pharmacy i told them I needed insulin and the co should have called. She said yes and I could get it in 3-5 business days. CVS owns Aetna. 😩
