footage is making the rounds on Facebook of a canvasser wearing a Stronger Maine shirt (a super PAC that supports Susan Collins) stealing a package yesterday

DO NOT GIVE GOP ANOTHER CHANCE THEY ALREADY TOOK AWAY HEALTHCARE FROM MILLIONS SNAP FROM CHILDREN FEMA DISASTER RELIEF Gave us BOOK BANS ICE GESTAPO CONCENTRATION CAMPS GAVE US HIGH GAS AND GROCERY PRICES AND THEN TOOK VACATIONS AFTER VACATIONS AND DRAGGED MITCH IN TO VOTE VOTE THEM OUT

So to avoid a vote, the coward republicans skipped town. They have worked only 120 days this year and were paid full salary and benefits! Democrats wanted to stay and conduct business while republicans ran home and hid under their bed. Time to clean the House of these corrupt clowns!

It’s insane that people in Congress are paid over $174K a year in taxpayer dollars whilst making millions of dollars from insider trading whilst getting 18 vacations a year as Americans all over the country struggle to pay for rent, gas and groceries.

Lots of folks are comparing McConnell’s vote today to Feinstein’s finals days in the senate. The main difference is that Feinstein was co-sponsoring legislation to expand voting rights, while McConnell voted to cut SNAP and end environmental protections.

A handful of the delegates to the Constitutional Convention were clergymen. Madison had studied for the clergy at one time. So the fact that they did not feel Jesus belonged in the Constitution is telling.

Many of the founders were in fact not Christian at all. Some were Deists, some Rationalists, but every one of them, including the Christians, wrote about their strong belief in the separation of church and state. All arguments to the contrary are irrational and imaginary.

The Treaty of Tripoli, which was negotiated and signed while George Washington was president: "Art. 11. The Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion." Q: How many times is Jesus mentioned in the Constitution? A: Zero.

What makes this obscene is the building Trump's threatening to demolish if he doesn't get his way, is a *memorial* to a loved president who served his country and was assassinated while in office (two things Donald is yet to accomplish). It is like Trump threatening to jackhammer JFK's gravestone.
