What Blanche’s order did not do was to change the terms of the nonprosecution order providing that the Department of Justice would not prosecute Trump, his sons, the Trump Organization, or their associates for crimes related to tax returns filed before May 19, 2026.

The Blanche statement that likely now secures his confirmation does nothing to abrogate Trump’s rights in the slush fund and perpetuates the outrageous tax amnesty for Trump and family, which the American people are paying for without getting anything in return. It’s all lip service and a travesty.
Please. If anyone out there is still watching Fox entertainment that lost a might lawsuit for lying network, please stop.
