I say without hyperbole that this is the most brazenly corrupt action in US Presidential history. That it does not immediately lead to impeachment is a dangerous sign of how far the rule of law has declined.

Finished Metroid Prime 4 today - mechanically very solid IMO, probably my favorite systems since prime 1. Needed to tone down the "assist" feature frequency but that's pretty common these days. Narratively, too many asspulls IMO and the last 5 min feels so out of character as to be unbelievable.

I think the internet has done a weird thing where it has made everyone expect everything to be free? And the people who make things still deserve to be paid. Paying for good things to keep existing is a decent thing to do.

I'm finding the current season of Arc Raiders to have been very poorly designed - they put three expedition materials on only one map that are rare spawns in only a couple areas. It's the map folks who didn't want sweaty PvP always avoids already so it's just punishing you for not doing murders :\

begging the media to understand that public services are not businesses and that they should not report that they lose money since that is an intrinsic part of any public service. they cost money, they don’t lose it. that is how public services are designed.
