David Rothkopf@djrothkopf.bsky.social · 3h agoI hope people will actually listen to the statements of El Sayed about his focus--improving the lives of the people of Michigan, getting money out of politics, unrigging the system, standing up to Trump, Rogers & MAGA--and tune out the inside-the-beltway soap opera about division peddled by pundits.
With primaries behind us, it's now time for Dems to focus on winning in Nov. That'll involve something hard: establishment Dems will need to ask what they can learn from progressives, progressives will have to focus on what they can learn from centrists & both'll have to find ways to work together.

Request to fellow Dems of all stripes: Let's keep our analyses of primary results positive, recognizing that we're all in this together. I've heard some poisonous stuff behind the scenes recently. It helps no one. A diverse party energized by new ideas, voters & candidates is what we need now.
