This truly is one of the biggest fumbles in polling I've ever seen. Like just wild miss across the board. Does not make me feel good for the general at all.

Slopulism is always dumb, but this is a particularly bad choice. MAHA is inextricably linked to RFK and MAGA and even extending that olive branch is gonna be read as a bad thing.

I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

This has been a serious issue for the last 15 years or so, and attemtps at forcing AI is only gonna make it worse. Inwould bet a lot of companies go under because they fail to actually staff properly.

In the mid-20th century, auto and oil interests bought up electric streetcar systems across the US and systematically replaced them with bus routes and paved roads, funneling commuters toward private cars.
public rail transit in the US wasn't killed by greedy private companies with no public mandate, it was all just greedy private companies with no public mandate in the first place
