Christopher Leutbrewer’s Gulde biecht‑konste was pub'd in many editions in the Southern Low Countries from 1646 into the 18th c. Over time the penitents in the title print change: males & females on different sides (as instructed by Borromeo in 1577) til the 1697 print, where sexes are mixed.

Funerary urn with the Mexica god Tezcatlipoca. It was manufactured in a region near Toluca, Estado de Mexico, 1400–1521CE. Son of the creator couple Ometecuhtli and Omecihuatl, Tezcatlipoca was one of the most venerated gods in the Mexica pantheon. He embodied the duality between life and death.
