The trip was all about entering a lucrative new market and opening up new revenue streams, using Gunnar Halle and Mark Ford to lay foundations for making #LUFC one of the biggest names in American sports. Alright, fine, nobody is going to argue that plan was foolproof.

I wrote this about #LUFC and Brenden Aaronson having a second half against Liverpool that used Bielsa’s main maxim: If a player runs a lot it doesn't mean he is playing well, but players who run a lot never play badly. Plus Brian Flynn, Raphinha, Shaun Derry, all the usuals are mentioned

Harry Wilson's skills should have put him in someone's pantheon by now. Someone more interesting than Fulham. There's nothing else for him to do, at #LUFC, but to make it here. We're about to have the best time with Harry Wilson:

Wilbur Cush was an ironic new hero for the Peacocks, a 5ft 4in 'pocket Hercules' taking over from 6ft 3in 'Adonis of a youth' John Charles. But he'd caught #LUFC eyes in an international for Northern Ireland, when he had tamed John Charles' attempts for Wales.

Hard to be 100% sure, but these photos I took today definitely suggest a portion of the famous 1957-built blue facade is still in place on the same plinth on the back of the West Stand This is literally unearthing buried treasure, and part of this HAS to be preserved as a historic artefact #lufc
