There is something real about maxxing out efficiency in pro sports. It's why everyone starts to play the same style. It's why rules have to change. It's also why I love college sports. The natural flaws in a roster of college kids require more strategy and trying new things.

Back when I was a young associate attorney, we had an employment case where a client was getting sued for suspending a public-facing employee for wearing a Wiccan pendant. They had a policy on suitable attire that was sort of vague so I asked “are their similar employees who were crosses?” 1/2
