Final Fantasy XIV is down, so allow me to present to you the Loporrits as Spaceballs. (This is a few years old at this point, but I found it on my NAS recently and thought I'd share because it's one of my favorite things.)

If y’all will permit me: I have to take a moment to talk about the staff of GATEway FATE. I used to staff cons too, and spent something like 16 years in leadership and programming positions. The GWF and ASTL staff have absolutely STELLAR reputations as event runners.
GATEway FATE's got me inspired. It really reminded me of what's so great about this game--an admiration for those who adventure, explore, come together and enjoy quiet moments together. FFXIV is such a great way to find all of these things.
holy shit gwf 4.0 in the works!!!!!!!!!! everyone (americans) should go if they can!!!! intl friends i miss you but cannot in good faith subject you to the usa at this time lol

So glad everyone showed up this year! Thankful to the organizers for moving pieces on the board to give it a go instead of throwing in the towel. So much love is given to this event, it's wonderful to hear it will continue!

By request, here is a thread on how to roughly make a SCREE.

Thank you for existing and giving folks a space to get together, @gatewayfate.bsky.social! And a big shout out to everyone that came out! Also, if you find yourself at the Embassy Suites bar for either GwF or ASTL (or whatever), please make sure you take care of the best bartender to do it. 🥹
for anyone who wasn’t able to come to my panel but still wants to see it, the vod is available here: www.twitch.tv/videos/29036... skip the first 2 min lol… i may put it up on youtube… eventually

A compilation video of some of the best clips I have on my phone from @gatewayfate.bsky.social of the @gloryprowrestling.com event, because sometimes I like to relive things in a video editor. It starts slow because I appreciate the turn based bit a whole lot, lol #gatewayfate
Legitimately went on a period of self discovery that ended a year of isolation following work (nursing) burnout after GWF 2024. Since then, I've become more at peace with my sobriety, started working out 5 days/week, and Ive lost 60-70 pounds since. I sincerely credit #gatewayfate for the wake up.

Haven't posted a screenshot in forever. Here we are taking it easy after gateway fate.
To whomever tipped my Doomtrain act with this perfect ribbon, you've made me smile as wide as the Doomtrain itself. #gatewayfate
Instant patron! This is legitimately some of the best theorycraft I've seen. If you wanna feel some Evercold hype, @kae-kona.bsky.social has a couple recent videos that will turn up the dial a bit.

This was my favorite part of Gateway Fate last year, so I have high expectations!!!! This will be my drag show thread 💜
I've never been to a con with an orchestral concert, wrestling, and a drag show all in 2 days. GATEway FATE is the best thing to ever exist.
OH MY GOD! I thought I lost this one with the great tiktok purge, but I just found the 2024 dragshow highlights video I posted on tiktok after the event. This was such a wonderful night! Truly sad we had to miss it this year! #gatewayfate @gatewayfate.bsky.social @orianaperon.bsky.social
Is anyone streaming Dragsidia? We were really sad it got moved to Sunday and we had to leave before it happened this year. #gatewayfate
So happy to hear this. For the last 3 years, @gatewayfate.bsky.social has been the highlight of our family's year, so I am hopeful we will continue to make memories in the years to come. Thanks, Gateway Fate!
GATEway FATE@gatewayfate.bsky.social · 3d agoAs we start our second and final day of the con, we know there's suspense in the air. Our goal was to have at least 800 folks, and uh, ya'll brought the dynamis! Still gotta finish the con weekend and post-con paperwork, but things are looking good for a trail unending.
