Police murdered a Black man in the street in Madison WI today. Shot point blank in the head while on the ground, tased, and surrounded by four cops. It looks like an execution. Multiple videos circulating online. Things are about to get very bad here.

WINDOW A/C UNITS USUALLY CIRCULATE AIR THAT IS ALREADY INSIDE YOUR HOME - the part outside is simply the mechanism that makes air cold, but you should be good to have ur window A/C’s on - the thing you have to do is make sure they are sealed correctly

so in case you're wondering why this is showing up out of nowhere this is twitch using the same tech as the AI stream summary to monitor your stream for you saying this since most people turned off the AI stream summary you can turn this off too by going to Settings -> Stream in your dashboard

Sharing something that brings me joy to get past negative thoughts! I've trying to go on more intentional walks, and living next to a Great Lake allows for some really beautiful views. I was excited to see some ducks on my last walk! 🦆

My mental health has been going through it the past few weeks with the anniversary of my mom's passing, among other things. However, something that has helped so much has been the patience and care people have shown and I want to make sure my gratitude is known. 🫶🏻💛
