It’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better

This administration truly cannot live down the assessment that they'd all prefer to be podcasting than doing their actual jobs.

I live in a rural-ish area. There is a house I drive by frequently that had multiple Tr*mp signs/flags. Now instead, they have “no data centers” signs and signs for a progressive, independent candidate whose main plank is banning data centers. Dems are really, really squandering an opportunity here.

It's hard to capture just how much rural Pennsylvania has swung against data centers. The ramshackle Trump-loving farm is now festooned with "No Data Centers" signs and so is the Grateful Dead-loving hippy cafe. It's as across-the-board opposition as I've ever seen.

Again this year, I ask: Should I spend like $1000 on a Regency-style gentleman’s outfit for Halloween, and why is the answer “yes?” Fwiw, Jeff says I should not, but that sounds wrong.

Can we go back to calling these people weird? Thousands of people got/are getting super sick because of an unsafe food supply. It’s normal to care about that. It’s super fucked up not to!

When the regime slams people who "get master's degrees and doctorates in irrelevant things," it's pushing for Americans to know and learn less. Ignorance is the regime's secret sauce, though it's not really a secret anymore.

Once again, we don’t have to live like this, Ohio. We once had among the best public schools in the country. Wish I had the choice to send my tax dollars to public schools only instead of vouchers. If parents get to choose, why can’t I? I’m the one funding them.

The Trump administration on Monday said it would pay Duke Energy $129 million to abandon its plans to build an offshore wind farm off North Carolina. It was the fourth such deal struck by the administration to throttle the development of offshore wind power.
