When you live away, you notice the changes to Anfield more acutely, even if you go every year. It can be bittersweet but the hope gets you regardless as beautifully expressed here.

In case you were curious. US Soccer will receive $27.6 million dollars for making the World Cup round of 16. They keep 20%. All players on the USMNT & USWNT will receive ~$473,000. The men's & womens share US Soccer prizes equally to promote unity & equity. Unions matter
