Here's a wonderful curio - Dave Gibbons did this brilliant rough for a StarHenge cover. He was sadly unable to complete the final thing, but it's a fantastic glimpse of a 'what might have been'. Maybe someday I'll see about doing a piece based on it...

I actually think the trillionaire saying his AI tool will remake a movie without the Black and trans actors in it should be a bigger story because it’s a perfect example of why the ruling class wants AI to succeed: so they can remake reality without those they deem undesirable - every nazi’s dream.

Created The Wicked + The Divine with @kierongillen.bsky.social after our run on Marvel's Young Avengers. Currently writing and drawing ONE FOR SORROW at DSTLRY.
There are times I feel I could just walk away from 40 years of comics work and be happy. This is one of those days. It really can feel too much sometimes. I'm fine though, don't worry. Just a bit burned out.
The world has battened down the hatches. We're all tightening our belts and seeking comfort in what we know. It's no surprise. This is just what I expected. But of course I'm saddened I wasn't wrong.
