If Universities want foreign students they now have to provide housing for them, but a lot is empty because students can't afford them and the visa charge is now higher. There are 100 student housing buildings in Melbourne, well over 30,000 beds. Why not rent them to others?

I visited the small town of Marfa, TX. A local mariachi band greeted us with a song they wrote for our campaign! Our Frontera Tour has been full of special moments — but this was a highlight. 🎶

These hero dogs chased off a man who tried to sexually assault two female dog walkers. They were able to push him away, and then their pack of 11 rescue dogs ran him off into a tunnel and ripped off a piece of his pants. The dogs are all getting our highest honor, a 15/10

AOC: This is an inhaler pump. Can you guess what the great innovation was that made it worth preventing this from going generic? It’s this little plastic piece right here. That was a major part of the new patent they filed to extend exclusivity and prevent this life-saving drug from going generic.
