The denuded state of our mango tree due to ringtail possum munching is pretty dire, but this should be as bad as it gets, with Spring starting to kick in here. It seems to grow back okay every summer…

I complimented my 10yo on his very neat bookshelf. It always is, but as literally the only neat person in the family he deserves compliments. He asked if we could take a selfie. He rags on me all the time for being old and boycotting his favourite ice cream for BDS but I’m glad he likes me*

I’m glad that there’s been more coverage of this, but I must also point out that we - the actual Lebanese - have been saying that Israel’s goal is to make south Lebanon unliveable for nearly 2 years. I said this myself multiple times. We are simply not believed *because* we are Lebanese.
