Most days, even the "good" ones, it's a genuine struggle to keep my thoughts away from the urge that was literally beaten into me to leave the mortal plane. I've gotten somewhat better, but only somewhat. I struggle to enjoy things, struggle to keep my brain occupied. I often feel worthless.

Twitch is rolling out the option to have your channel help train generative AI. It's enabled by default. Go turn this shit OFF. Also feels a little sneaky, putting a channel content privacy option in the main account security and privacy settings where I imagine most people don't frequently check.
