Lots of Supreme Court decisions. Some good, some bad. Bad one: Mullin vs. Al Otro Lado. Eliminates the right to seek asylum at the border. Hinges on meaning of "arrive in". I completely agree with Kagan's dissent, and her analysis of the meaning of the phrase here. But inhumanity will prevail.

She’s a terrible person but she’s very intelligible in English, and it’s much better to talk about the (lack of) content in her speech than her style.
