Thames Water is a test for the British economy. It profits by ripping off customers. Pays dividends, doesn't invest. Since March TW borrowed £1.47bn. Paid £900m in fees/interest for the emergency financing. Can't address crisis without public ownership. archive.ph/oW8ck/again?...
