The language for this amendment is vague and gives Topeka politicians too much power to decide the rules. That's how Kris Kobach & Ty Masterson want it. If it passes, they get to set the rules. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing. That's why we MUST VOTE NO on August 4th.

ICE is weaponizing the 25' law and local law enforcement is complicit. ICE agents rush witnesses, box in cars, then call police on them, claiming they violated KS law HB 2372. Local bystanders submitted testimonies from the past few weeks of ICE activity in Kansas. Read their statements below.

My God. ICE wrongfully arrested a man while his 5-year-old autistic child sat in the backseat—and shipped him off to an El Salvador prison. No due process. Now the Trump administration claims they can’t get him back. How many more? THIS NEEDS TO BE A BIGGER STORY.

Very honest questions: 1) Has Rubio been pushed on what we are going to do about the obviously innocent people we sent to El Salvadoran torture prison? 2) Regardless of their priors: Has Rubio publicly stated how long we are going to keep paying El Salvador to torture the people we are sending them?
