This fabulous site introduced me to Santurce’s Calle Cerra area (for some reason the algorithm started serving up #StreetArt. Along with mushrooms. I have no idea why). Last week, I had the chance to visit PR & I went for a run to Calle Cerra; sharing some of the art I was lucky enough to see.

I wish Democrats would start just speaking the truth: “ICE is killing American citizens in public for exercising their freedom of speech because Donald Trump wants to be a king. This isn’t about immigration—Trump wants to make it illegal to oppose him, and to stay in power until he dies.”

We just saw this, and it’s a good idea for businesses to post. Private businesses are allowed to set dress and conduct rules. Requiring no full face coverings has long been standard for safety and loss prevention reasons, and it is within a business’s rights to refuse entry or service.

Reports and videos show ICE agents asking American citizens whether they’ve “learned their lesson over the last few days” are deeply troubling. Language like this implies intent and raises serious questions about premeditation and mindset on the scene.
