Happy birthday fellow Stay. 🫰🌟 Today while resetting my SKZ shelf I realized this wine bottle holder I've had for a while works perfectly as a light stick holder. Im extremely pleased with this, hahahah.

A stray kids light stick sitting in a wine bottle holder the shape of two skeletal hands that are the color black.

Actor Sam Neill had that idea when he played an Australian astronaut in the film "Event Horizon" (1997) set in 2047. He asked for that design, saying he thought by 2047 Australia would celebrate its Indigenous history. #InvasionDay

God I can't wait to spend the weekend inside my room talking to no one who doesnt live here and largely not leaving my bed. I'm so tired after day job and then driving 600 miles each way to work a weekend show. just two straight weeks of working non stop.

I will never leave these mountains. Ive never felt more at home than being here. Any part of the range, its all so beautiful. Watched turkey vultures lazily soar right over me. Love these guys.

This might be one of the most insane scandals in game history When Pokemon Go players scan PokeStops, theyve been unknowingly building a detailed visual model of the world which is being sold to a military contractor to build a no-GPS positioning for the new generation of unmanned killing machines

this sucks. nashville zoo is one of the most modern, humane, and accessible zoos in the country. if you care about conservation, critters, and science, go sign and go raise hell. nash zoo is also a bastion of science and equality as a southern workplace. please please protect it.

They’re trying to build a data center next to the Nashville Zoo Petition here, if you’re so inclined: c.org/KxhXznzBcD

Nashville Zoo

We're asking our community to stand with us in protecting the animals, habitats, people and future of Nashville Zoo.
A proposed 69,000-square-foot data center is planned for property directly adjacent to the Zoo. While developers claim the facility will have no impact, no environmental studies or impact assessments have been conducted to evaluate potential effects on our animals, visitors, staff, or the surrounding community.
Data centers consume enormous amounts of electricity and water; straining power grids, depleting natural resources, and damaging our watershed. With nothing more than the word of a profit-seeking developer, how are we to know this new data center will not lead to irreversible damage to the animals we exist to protect?
We cannot afford to find out years from now how this facility has negatively impacted our 1.4 million annual visitors, our local community, or the 3,000 animals entrusting us with their care. We are calling on the Nashville community to join us in our fight to stop this data center from being built, now.
Please sign our petition and say yes to the Zoo by saying no to the new data center

Includes photos of a big cat at the zoo and a photo showing how close the data center would be to the zoo

Notice how the papacy's good acts are all statements and the horrific ones are actual actions and policies with serious resources behind them? The Catholic Church has a massive healthcare network and inflicted a total trans care ban there last year. They're an enthusiastic part of trans genocide:

Missing hormones. Canceled surgeries. Bureaucratic denials. Late last year the Catholic Church banned all trans healthcare across its sprawling networks. The impact on trans people's lives is devastat...
