HANNAH ARENDT ON GENOCIDE: I just finished writing a short piece (in Danish) on Hannah Arendt’s critique of the Israeli legal system in her report on Eichmann. One thing that didn’t fit in the format, but which struck me was her considerations on the necessity of laws on crimes against humanity. 1/4
