This week, hundreds of 32BJ Residential Strike Captains and thousands of members met across NYC to discuss strike plans. Without us, the garbage doesn’t go out, buildings don’t get cleaned, packages don’t get sorted. We are ready to fight for our healthcare, wages and pensions!

Too many people move through our city without realizing the work that goes into maintaining the buildings in its skyline. It's supers, doormen, and porters, all @32bjseiu.bsky.social residential members, who turn these buildings into homes. And they deserve fair pay—and a fair contract.
