Why Republicans still get by with being the party of Lincoln remains troubling. The only Democrats they'll defend are the slaveowners. We used to learn about the Dixiecrats. How they fled to the Republican party during the Civil Rights movement. Is that no longer taught? Republicans are vile.

If your default position is that "not all people are worth defending" you've already let the fascists win. For the last time, the evidence is out there, Democrats didn't lose 2024 because of the trans community.
