That No Labels article is essentially just saying, "eh, the population decline isn't enough/real to be genocide." But the 1948 convention doesn't require you to *succeed* at genocide for it to be a genocide. You can also engage in genocide genocide by *attempting* to conduct a genocide.

Critical thinking skills are skills. They are not natural facets of having a big, juicy, smart brain. Plenty of very intelligent people lack critical thinking skills and there are many folks who are not smart who understand how to think critically.

I don't think that Christians are dumb and I don't think that having theological beliefs makes you dumb but sometimes people make that really fucking hard for me.

I'm impressed by the democrats who apparently, when Democrats weren't in power, laid the groundwork for the party to cheat in 2020 but also disappointed that, presumably the same people, somehow forgot to cheat in 2024.

So when discussing logical argumentation a topic of common discussion are fallacies; errors in logic that render an argument logically unsound. A particularly easy and common one that applies to a range of areas is the Style Over Substance fallacy.

More people need to understand that what they view as "Scientific laws" are not absolute. Among laypeople; non-experts, scientific laws are often treated as absolute, physical truths that we have discovered and that we are 100% certain about.

Darline should not finish out Lindsey's term. And the people who suggest she should are fucking morons. Yes, that includes lawmakers and elected officials. Being a politician, particularly being a senator, is a real job and the work senators do actually matters.
