We have submitted a Protocol for a Meta-Narrative Review of #GLP #NLA as a logical next step to a systematic review. We often do two reviews - a systematic one for treatments, and another design to appreciate and analyse the policy, practice, or other literature (that is not treatment studies).

So @lucyebryant.bsky.social and I would like to know —- for our narrative review - can you please help us? ⁉️ What “ingredients” of GLP/NLA approach are used in therapy? ⁉️ What outcomes: seen or measured? We will think on your replies to help us look closely in books for those things.

In a systematic review of #GLP #NLA, qualitative data about lived experience is important, too. Treatment effectiveness matters, but so does the human experience and acceptability of the intervention or support. We didn't find any qualitative evidence either #BskySPEECHIES

Fact - Our systematic review protocol laid out how we would analyse qualitative (ie lived experience) studies. There weren’t any. Often times a treatment study will add qualitative outcome measures as these give context and richness to what happened re the other outcomes.
