Seeing all these videos of #ICE asking people for ID reminds me of a fun encounter with a pub bouncer many years ago. A friend and I were stopped at the door, the bouncer asked my friend if he had any ID. My friend, without missing a beat, says, "no, have you?" and carried on into the pub.

Other random stuff I did as a child that no children can do now: Sometimes, late at night, I would play with the AM radio, running the dial up and down to listen for weak signals coming from shipping and Europe.

I mean, seriously, what DM wouldn't enjoy something like this as a handmade prop? I wouldn't even charge much as labor costs; it'd mostly be postage. I'd take the hit just to put more non-AI-slop materials into the world. Imagine your party finding this nailed to a tree after your carriage heist.

A sheet of paper is festooned with calligraphic writing in a dark blue ink. The top is in large black letter, the middle in medium chancery cursive, and the bottom in small chancery cursive. At my son's School Summer Showcase. Waiting for him to sing in his choir. Something I've noticed is that some things do not change. The background music between acts is 90/00's emo/punk rock, and the kids are dressed in exactly the same style as I did when I was at school in the 90's 🤣
