Buru & The Old People (@buruthegame.bsky.social) is an upcoming narrative adventure game that draws from Indigenous storytelling and Dungeons & Dragons, and we spoke to Elfcat Studios creative director Ben Armstrong (@barmearme.bsky.social) to learn more about the project.

Used to play #ElderScrollsOnline like everyday at one point on PS4. Had nearly 1200 hours on it, 56/124 38% trophies. Then they upgraded to PS5 but it’s counted as a new game. So now it’s like I’ve only played 170 hours, 61/182 25% trophies. I miss it. Hard to jump back in.

Giles, Ted Lasso, King Uther... Anthony Head simply lit up the screen, no matter the role. He had a gravitas that cannot be taught, while also having amazing comedic timing. But above all, he had a kind a heart. The world has lost a true gem of a soul today. RIP.

Kickstarter has reverted their policy changes on Adult Content! They issued an apology, siting Stripe as the reason. The pressure we put on them worked. This is a step in the right direction. But the threat of Stripe remains. It’d be great to see KS end ties with them & process payments elsewhere.

I finished Good Omens the other day. I watched from the beginning again before watching The Finale. I’m glad they got their happy ending. I just feel like we missed out on a bunch of the in between adventure they could have had. I’m going to have to read the books to get that.
