steam frame speculation videos were fun and interesting at first but after multiple months of "It's definitely out in a week or two guys, trust" I'm kinda just over it. the tyler mcvickerfication of VR youtubers.

The IGN article links to 5 complaints, all on Xitter. COMBINED follower count: 4,409 COMBINED following count: 4,376. MAX followers: 1,816 Only two of the accounts have more followers than following. This isn't a trend or whiny fans, this is IGN trawling the bot trench for a clicky headline.

i am ready to end this era of asking a media production’s most toxic, entitled, crybaby shithead consumers what they hated about that production

There’s also this from today, which is particularly puzzling because showing off the time-skip mechanic was a major part of the August 4th Nintendo Direct! I didn’t realise Polygon has fallen off quite this much.

Article title: Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave may have just sneakily confirmed a time-skip

BY AIMEE HART
Published Aug 17, 2026, 11:10 AM EDTAll equally important questions, but the latest Fire Emblem trailer from Japan might have unintentionally answered another that's been on fans' minds: will Fortune's Weave have a time skip?

Many Fire Emblem games have featured time-related mechanics. The most notable is Fire Emblem: Three Houses, which featured a five-year time-skip that occurs after players finished the Monastery section, and followed protagonist Byleth returning to see that their students from the Black Eagles, the Blue Lions, and/or the Golden Deer house had all grown up in their absence. It was heartwarming, and gave us great new designs for all our favorite Three Houses characters.

It hasn't yet been officially confirmed whether this is the case for Fortune's Weave, but if you linger on the gameplay shown via the game's latest trailer, you'll notice in the portion where the player avatar character is fighting off the dark forces in the future, that they are joined by several different characters.

This is an article about how Fortune's Weave is only on Switch 2, something we have known literally since it's announcement. It's cool how 99% of video game news sites are just complete garbage now.

When keeping up with a washed film universe feels like homework (and it started feeling like homework after Endgame), that's a sign you shouldn't bother with it anymore. Occasional good-to-great MCU films aside, it's not just worth it in 2026.

Ready for your Avengers Doomsday homework? Marvel has released a watchlist of 15 movies and TV shows you should watch before December 18 rolls around. https://bit.ly/3UmhwmS

Oh well there's the catch to that nice chair i got on sale. It comes with 0 instructions no labels on which screws go with what parts and a shitty "how to" video on their website as the only help with assembly lmao ok.

At this point it's a yearly reminder to the furry world to block this fuck up and warn friends who repost his works. He has a massive, very open to the public history of being a bigot and hateful ass with no shame about it. Racist, queerphobic, transphobic, sexist, and the list goes on and on

Last I knew this guy is a massive transphobe right wing instigator piece of shit, that may have changed idk but I keep seeing his shit rtd into my tl so jsyk

As someone that worked for Disney Interactive during that era, I would like to add that a shit lot of people didn't get credited for the work they did... Hell, I didn't get credited for any, and I'm the one that stayed up all night learning InDesign to localize Disney Infinity's Arabic packaging.

Warren Spector speaking some truths here. They were quite happy to rerelease the game and make more money off it recently. Some wider acknowledgement of Epic Mickey's contribution to Disney history is deserved.
