Bernie Sanders. I haven’t always appreciated him. Today I look at him and feel nothing but admiration. He’s been leading the way. He doesn’t compromise, and he doesn’t sell out. Doesn’t grovel. Won’t back down.

Our then-excellent federal law enforcement found, arrested and prosecuted more than 1,500 Jan. 6 rioters and thugs before January 2025. It will be possible to find and prosecute every DOGE participant. Each of their actions should be fully detailed. They can’t say they were just following orders.

I think we can go for retribution against DOGE. It's most important to pass laws so that never happens again. It's also important that the personal lives of actual people who did that are at least as disrupted as every civil servant who lost their job based on some spiteful child's idea of the lulz

The GOP has put all its eggs in one basket since 2015, and I’ve been wondering what the party can or will do when he’s gone. They can continue their policy of hate and death, but without their figurehead, their crazy “strongman,” I don’t think they can carry it.

We must never forget that the price for this victory was paid in blood. Thousands of our neighbors were violently arrested, shipped around the country, imprisoned, and deported for no good reason. So many stood by them and were assaulted, gassed, stalked, and worse by the Feds. All of it is for them

two more likely DFL flips in the state house. these are the reps in seeberger's senate district, and she's now leading in her race after the latest drop. not calling it now, but it's looking like a likely DFL trifecta.

Nothing on this page is in the top 100 things that are objectively useful for voters to know as they head to the vote. If anything, by leaning into polling & palace intrigue, rather than substance, voters are distracted or less informed after reading NYT.

When I watch TV series that include the lives of house servants (circa 1880-1920), I can’t help but make comparisons to workers today who do those jobs — clean the house, cook the food, care for children in the home. Are they better off?

Things I’m concerned about over which I feel I have some control or agency: 1. Bad food (processed, full of sugar, chemicals, and/or contaminated) 2. Wasting money on things I don’t need (why do I have so many shoes? But yes I just bought a new shirt)

Why is the NYT still calling it “Obamacare” like it’s something bad to blame Obama for? If they used the proper name, Affordable Care Act, the irony of Republicans making it unaffordable might hit a little harder.
