The fact that so many people carry on as they were after sustaining injuries like this tells you it's not really about health, fitness, and wellness, but a kind of virtue signalling what's actually a vice. Health should be about balance, not optimisation

British people love to look at any catastrophe and say "well it didn't impact me directly so any measures to mitigate it must have been unnecessary" just because they couldn't get their treats for a little bit.
Interesting that in the five districts in Greater Manchester where Reform did best (so c.25%-30% on first preferences, and c.40%-45% after second preferences), three of them have high ethnic diversity and two don't. Feels like in some areas a majority of White British people voted Reform or Restore
It's honestly childish how much meat and animal products people feel entitled to consume. When I explain to people why I'm vegan it can be like explaining to an eight-year-old why they probably shouldn't stay up until 11pm playing computer games whilst snorting Dib Dabs
