Bondi crashes out over Epstein: "The Dow is over 50,000 dollars! I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear, Raskin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000, and the Nasdaq smashing records. That's what we should be talking about."

Jayapal: To the survivors in the room, if you are willing, please stand. And if you are willing, please raise your hands. If you have still not been able to meet with this DOJ. Please note for the record that every single survivor has raised their hand.

Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. A video of the shooting appears to show that a gun was taken from the man before the first shot was fired. x.com/BillMelugin_...

We’ve placed the available videos of the shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents in Minneapolis today into the same synchronised timeline and are continuing to analyse further.

Just hours after Renee Good was shot, one member of Customs and Border Patrol’s elite tactical team on an adjacent street fired a less-lethal weapon five times in less than five minutes, with four shots aimed at the faces of protestors. www.bellingcat.com/news/2026/01...

I can't believe I'm posting this video - but we actually have to have a conversation about the real world implications of America going to war over Greenland. Let me walk you through it. It doesn't turn out well for us.

There is a larger question here about how people view and relate to their country and how this impacts people's perception of the state over a longer time horizon. Not to be melodramatic, but this is literally not the country I thought I was fighting for.

“'The guy, I’m telling him like, "Please step off the school grounds," and this dude comes up and bumps into me and then tells me that I pushed him, and he knocked me down,' an official at Roosevelt High School said. 'They don’t care. They’re just animals. I’ve never seen people behave like this.'"

45 seconds after the shooting, in the same video, the camera app appears to be visible on the agent’s phone as he walks away from Good’s vehicle.

Screenshot of the ICE agent that shot Good taken from the video uploaded by the Minnesota Reformer. In his hand, the phone camera is still active.

Even if Kash Patel's FBI doesn't care, making this act of explicit cover-up advances the overall political goal of thwarting authoritarian takeover, by making the Feds look more and more and more toxic.

Also, re: the BCA pulling out: Even if its harder, the BCA (and MPD, and everyone else) should keep investigating because of POLITICS. PUBLICLY investigate, make it clear it's bc the FBI is covering things up. Hold daily pressers about progress and publicly shame the FBI.

We are a country whose Constitution, according to the Supreme Court, gives our own presidents immunity for crimes committed while in office, but we will prosecute presidents of other countries for alleged crimes and invade them to execute arrest warrants.

Trump campaigned on an “America First” platform. Now he wants to "run" Venezuela? 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Health care is collapsing. Housing is unaffordable. Trump should address these major crises at home and end his illegal military adventurism abroad.

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad. The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

From Jay Kuo on Facebook: "So apparently, if you take a redacted Epstein files document and simply copy and paste the text into another document, you can see the entire unredacted text in many cases (not all, some I tried didn’t work.) Sleuths: Get on it before they figure out a workaround! 😆"

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.
