If I could give the younger generations advice: 1) If it’s free it’s probably bad. Pay for at least one subscription to something. WSJ, NYT, AP, Reuters, local papers etc 2) If it’s entertaining it’s probably bad. Choose boring sources. Mostly text. Non-editorial. Less personality driven
I really enjoyed Bertrand Russell’s short book, The Problems of Philosophy But I especially enjoyed the last couple of chapters where he rejects both global skepticism and religious metaphysics What do the better educated philoso-raptors out there think? 😀
