Positive thinking has zip to do with cancer survival rates. Is it the practice of doctors to prescribe 'positive thinking' as an empirically proven medical tool? Is there any other disease, illness, or injury that invokes exhortations of 'positive thinking' ?

Soo damn frustrated with my Gastroenterologist; she wouldn't acknowledge that my bowel problems (aka radiation enteropathy) were actually caused by Radiotherapy! Oh it's "just" IBS, she says. FFS! Late side effects of cancer treatment ARE A REAL THING!!!! 🤬 #pelvicradiationdisease #damncancer
