Good news, my toe that went numb end of May has finally woken up, mostly, kinda.. not 100% but it isn't totally numb either. This is mostly because the herniated disk flare up i suffered in may seems to have settled again (touch wood) Bad news: my right side sciatica is now reminding me it exists.

Dear parents of kids with #ARFID if you will take one small piece of advice from a mom who has been in the trenches of this disorder for 19 years, please take this one. NEVER serve food in its packaging. Always decant it into a generic bowl or plate. Packaging changes risk loss of safe foods.
