To think, that this series could have been a domestic sitcom about a man and his possibly-gay android roommate. Also, I don't know if Don Adams was long-waisted or if it just comes down to his natural slimness (or maybe a bit of both?), but he is WORKING this outfit.

Max and Hymie stand next to each other, in Max's apartment. Max has his jacket and vest off (allowing us to see his pants are held up by black suspenders), and holds a cup of coffee and a cereal or cracker box of some sort. Hymie also has his jacket off (showing a white shirt and dark red tie), and has a tea towel tucked into his waistband like an apron.Max, dressed as before, leaning sassily back against his front door. He holds an electronics manual and a 10 lb. bag of sugar in his right hand/arm (it makes sense in context). Idk, despite the high-waisted '60s-ness of them, the lines of his pants look really fucking good.
