X-Twitter publishes new ToS. Previously, users posting content granted licence to Twitter to reuse for "sole purpose" of benefiting from Twitter's service. New one: users grant X worlwide licence to reuse, transform content for just about any use, *without payment*. (Quid neighbouring rights?)

After surviving (yet again) a 12-minute wait in line for coffee in the shadow of the European Commission in Brussels I really, really think it's time for a couple of Melburnians to open up a café and tap into a market extremely thirsty for top-notch caffeine
