Streamers should be paid by the platform they are on. Streamers should be paid by the games they are offered to cover no matter their CCV. Streamers should be paid for their work full stop. We sadly live in capitalism, it's ridiculous that we don't have access to a living wage.

I feel frustrated that there were maybe two years where stream teams were really intentional about accepting more BIPOC and now that focus does not exist. BIPOC diversity on stream teams is important.
