Just hours after Warner Bros shareholders approved Paramount's takeover, Trump was the guest of honor at David Ellison's pre-Correspondents Dinner event. Trump must also approve the deal. The irony of honoring someone who attacks the media would be rich — if the whole situation weren't so corrupt.

ICE has arrested and detained a Nashville journalist who reported stories critical of ICE. She’s married to a U.S. citizen and has been seeking asylum here after fleeing death threats in Colombia because of her journalism there. They’ve already sent her to Louisiana.
